Complejo Asistencial Universitario de León
The Cardiology Service of the Complejo Asistencial Universitario de León (CAULE), is located on the 8th floor of the Hospital of León in the Princesa Sofía building and consists of the following units: Hospitalization Unit, Non-Invasive Diagnosis Unit, Coronary Unit, Hemodynamics Unit, Electrophysiology, Arrhythmia and Pacemaker Units and Cardiology Research Unit.
What was our challenge?
In 2018, the Cardiology Service of the Complejo Asistencial Universitario de León (CAULE) began its first edition of the Clinical Electrocardiography Course aimed at resident doctors and non-cardiology medical professionals, with the aim of enhancing the value of a diagnostic tool with a long historical development but which is still highly effective. Therefore, the CAULE asked us to cover all the organizational needs of this educational activity in order to guarantee its viability and successful execution.
What did we do?
After contacting us from the Cardiology Service of the Complejo Asistencial Universitario de León, we made an exhaustive study of the situation to know all the details of the course and what they mainly wanted to communicate in it, as well as the objectives proposed with the event and how to carry them out in an efficient, effective and adjusted way to the budget.
After the study and planning of the conferences, we created a powerful, coherent and attractive image that would accompany the content and themes of the course. Later, we created all the necessary corporate materials, such as the course programme, the access signs and the decoration of the room where the different conferences were held.
Part of our team was present in each and every one of the days of the course preparing the room and providing access service to facilitate the reception of all attendees and make sure that everything flowed according to plan, meeting the needs of the organization, speakers and audience.
